Shipping policy

Processing time

Every item is printed to order. License plates ship within 3 business days of your order. All other products, including shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, wallets, posters and home decor, ship within 3 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Personalized items ship once we have your custom text and font choice. If anything is missing from your order, we will contact you, and the processing time starts when we receive it.

Carriers and delivery

We ship with USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are counted from the day your order ships. If your order includes items with different processing times, they may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is charged based on the state your order ships to.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@357designs.com with your order number and we will make it right.
